Returns Policy
Refund / Exchange
Please contact us before you make a return and we will help and advise you if you can avoid having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc). Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
NOTE: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
SIA Errors
If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be in original packaging.
- Goods must not be fitted or used.
You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card or send you a cheque for the value. We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days. You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost.
Faulty, Damaged or Broken
All goods purchased from SIA Agencies Limited are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from SIA has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs. If the goods need to be returned -

SIA accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched (Orders paid for using Paypal will be charged in full, this will include the cost of any out of stock items) For offline orders SIA accept (£) Sterling Postal Orders, Sterling Bank Drafts and (£) Bank Transfers in Euro (€) or Sterling (£). We recommend that you do not send cash through the post. Due to varying Exchange Rates all payments made to CRC must be in UK Pounds (£) Sterling (Excluding bank transfers). You can also pay by PAYPAL which is a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. All you need is a Paypal account.
